If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
cafe4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. cafe4d operates in accordance with Indonesian market practices and is intended for residents of Indonesia and other Eligible Jurisdictions. You confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Each User may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify cafe4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. cafe4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
cafe4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
cafe4d supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance in real time. cafe4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution or payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are transferred to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing with cafe4d. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time of up to 72 hours.
Withdrawals are subject to verification of the source of funds and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. cafe4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or decline a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Bonus-related winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in Section 4.
Important: All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement helps prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes and is standard industry practice.
cafe4d may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published on the promotion page at the time the Bonus is claimed and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the Bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by Bonus type and game category. Contributions to wagering requirements differ by game: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% to 20%.
cafe4d has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other Users to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting software errors to gain unfair advantage. Any User found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings generated from Bonus play, after meeting all wagering requirements, may be withdrawn. cafe4d reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on Bonus-derived winnings, which will be clearly stated in the specific Bonus terms.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not engage in any activity that violates these Terms, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Syndicate play, matched betting, arbitrage betting, and other risk-free betting strategies designed to exploit Bonuses or promotional offers are prohibited. cafe4d reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts involved in such activities.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risks and should be treated as entertainment, not as a means to generate income. cafe4d provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. cafe4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control. cafe4d is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service downtime.
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and live dealer studios. cafe4d is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. cafe4d does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cafe4d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the 90 days preceding the claim. cafe4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout calculation, cafe4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. If an error results in winnings being credited incorrectly, cafe4d may deduct the erroneous amount from your Account. You agree to notify cafe4d immediately if you become aware of any error or malfunction.
cafe4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering, Bonus abuse, use of multiple Accounts, or abusive behavior toward staff or other Users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance (excluding Bonuses and Bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing times.
Upon termination of your Account, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. All rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution clauses) will continue to apply.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cafe4d is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises between you and cafe4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by cafe4d. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against cafe4d.
Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
